⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend Sam Galloway Lincoln. When we purchased our vehicle, the dealership knew we did not live in Fort Myers. Despite that, they sold us a paint protection package that is not honored by our local Lincoln dealership. As a result, I am expected to drive over an hour each way every six months just to receive the service. They also sold us a service contract that our local Lincoln dealership says they cannot use. I have been trying for over two weeks to get answers about why these products were sold to us and what can be done to resolve the situation. During that time, I have called almost daily, left multiple messages, and spoken with several employees. Each time, I was assured that a manager or someone from the sales team would call me back, often "immediately." No one has returned a single call. The most frustrating part is not even the questionable products themselves, but the complete lack of follow-through and customer service after the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, it seems no one was interested in helping resolve a problem they created. If you are purchasing from out of town, make sure you fully understand whether any add-on products, protection plans, or service contracts can actually be used where you live. Based on my experience, that was not made clear to us, and getting assistance afterward has been impossible.

Great at saying "I'm Sorry" Horrible at keeping promises or fulfilling warranty agreements. After suggesting that I would get legal representation they agreed to take apart my F150 Transmission at their expense, initially service writer tried to say I would be responsible. New replacement transmission installed. Loaner car reserved was no longer available after taking my truck. I was dropped off at Enterprise Rent a Car. Warranty specifically states the cost would be reimbursed. I gave the receipt to the service writer as requested in February, I gave a copy of the receipt to the service manager last month. Very Disappointing Service. Hard to stay a Ford F150 owner (3rd F150 in a row over the past 15 years) with this level of service. Maybe Coconut Point Ford will be better next time...

Sam Galloway’s at home mobile service is a huge convenience at no added cost. The mobile service tech Mitchell was very professional and courteous. He changed the oil, did a brake and tire inspection and topped off fluids. Great Job at unbelievable customer service.

We really appreciate Sam Galloway's Service Dept. Kathryn is our Service Advisor and is very friendly and helpful. I have been hearing for 45 years how great Sam Galloway's service is and now i am experiencing that great service

I took my truck in for service. The service department kept in contact with me, went to work on it very quickly and completed the service in a timely manner, just like they said they would. I was notified when it was completed. I run my own business, so I use my truck throughout the day, so it was great to get my truck back as quickly as I did. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the paperwork went quick, and they brought my truck up to me expeditiously. Overall, a great experience.
