Love Sam Galloway. I have been using their service department for years and recently purchased a vehicle from them. Purchase process was awesome. Morgan and staff were knowledgeable, and they made this an enjoyable experience. Service department have always been helpful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Sam Galloway and won't go anywhere else.

Customer service has certainly changed since purchasing my first auto in 1971- a Ford Fairlane 500, with bucket seats and the shift between the seat. It was constantly in need of repair. Thanks to the great service department at Sam Galloway, my car is never in a state of repair. I took my Corsair in for a scheduled Protective Spray coating. And thanks to my service Rep, Jamie, who advised me that my service was coming due, they were able to take care of that too.

Dropped off my 2018 explorer for a recall on the rear tow bar picked it up steering wheel was 30° off left it for another two and a half hours picked it up rear toe total toe is negative 43 it's not even a line properly after several attempts

The service dept. is also clean, comfortable. They treat you like you are importance. The coffee snack area is well stocked and clean.

Another Galloway failure. Called 4 times to make a service appointment. Basic service, oil change and serpentine belt replacement. Gave all my information to include service requested and asked for a quote. Going on day 4 and no response .

I’m from out of town and had some minor damage to my car. It was enough that I would not be able to return home in a week. Galloway was the closest Ford dealer so I went there in spite of the 1 star reviews on this site. I couldn’t have been happier. Had no clue where to go as they have multiple buildings. Stopped in at the first one and met a woman at the desk who was friendly and guided me where to go. The next stop they all were most accommodating and in an effort to resolve my issue in the shortest amount of time since I had no reservation sent me to their quick lane building where Mauricio came to greet me. Basically took me under his wing as he looked things over, took me to his office and gave me a quote. I had to leave my vehicle while they ordered the parts and delivered the following day. Was given a ride in their free shuttle back to where I was staying in Cape Coral. Was called the next morning around 8:30 or so that it was complete and ready for pickup. They offered to come and get me but a friend gave me a ride over. Everything went so smoothly and my contact couldn’t have been better. Thanks to all that helped which could have gone much much worse.
