During the process, the finance manager, Chris, asked if I’d be open to seeing whether they could beat my rate. I agreed, but only on the condition that it would be lower. When they couldn’t offer a better rate, I clearly instructed them to proceed with my original financing. Three weeks later, I received a letter from Toyota Financial Services stating that my loan had been set up through them instead—at the same interest rate I already had. This was done without my knowledge or approval. On top of that, the new financing did not include basic things like GAP insurance or other protections I specifically wanted as part of my purchase. Since then, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Chris to resolve the issue. I received only one callback, which came late on a Saturday just before closing. I missed the call, and when I tried to return it, the dealership was already closed. I have not heard back since. This experience has been frustrating and concerning. I expected a higher level of professionalism and transparency from a dealership that presents itself as a luxury brand. Instead, this felt like a lack of communication and disregard for my clear instructions as a customer.

This is our second purchase from Germain Lexus in Naples FL. Working with our sales person, Ed Pistola, is what brings back customers back to Germain! Ed is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and most of all........ Respectful! We prefer a sales person that is straight forward and gives us our space to research and make our discission. Ed was always quick to respond to our questions as we worked through the process to select the vehicle that was best suited to our needs. Ed is one of the reasons we keep coming back to Germain!

I had a flat tire and of course took it to my dealer, Germain Lexus. My regular rep was out and They assign Dan Rusunik who was excellent taking care of the problem and suggesting another policy since my warranty had expired. Thanks for all the great service.
