New purchase of RX350

On 10/13/2018, we went to Germaine Lexus of Naples to research the possibility of purchasing a new RX350. Our Sales Consultant (John Azarow) assisted us with a test drive and he explained all of the many features thoroughly. John is a personable man with a great personality and he knows the Lexus product line inside and out. John was not a pressure sales person and he was great to work with. My wife and I were sold on the Lexus experience and purchased one the same day. My wife and I agreed that this was the best vehicle purchase experience in our lives. We were also assisted by the Finance Manager (Carlos Cardenas) and he also provided a very positive experience. We have collectively owned several different vehicles from a variety of manufacturers (including BMW and Audi) and we agree that the quality and drive ability of the Lexus in unbeatable. The icing on the cake was our customer service experience relative to the purchase. We highly recommend this dealership and our sales consultant to anyone.

Praise for Germain Lexus Service Department

Moved to Florida last year and began having my Lexus ES 350 serviced by Germain Lexus in north Naples. My advisor is Jackson Kirby, who provides outstanding customer service. He is honest and always does what is in the best interest of his clients. The entire staff is very friendly and the technicians do quality work. Germain Lexus has a customer for life and I will definitely consider purchasing my next car from them.
