A Great Attitude Is Everything: Thanks Danny!

I was very pleased and satisfied with the attention and care that I received during my visit to Germain Lexus on Saturday, October 27, 2018. My service counselor was Danny R, and he was exceptional. He was respectful, attentive, efficient, very professional, and possessed a caring attitude. He provided great communication throughout my visit re: the status of my car. My mind was at peace while I waited for my vehicle, and that was solely because of Danny's warm and caring attitude. Thanks Germain Lexus for your continuous quality service.

Great service but...

The service was great and Beverlyis awesome. My only issue is that when I get back into my car ALL of the settings have been changed: seat position - height, backwards, seat back, air conditioner temperature, and even the steering wheel position ( I had to get out the book to figure out how to return it to the position I prefer).

Great Experience

Jason Lauer was/is terrific to work with. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, he understood where we were coming from and never applied any unwanted pressure. We also leased our 2016 Lexus through Jason, so this is our second very positive experience. We cannot say enough positive about Jason. We have already passed on his business card and recommended him to friends.

Tire issue

My first experience with service was positive. Service advisor, Jackson Kirby, returned calls promptly and answered questions. My car is was serviced the same day and came back washed, cleaned and repaired.

Germain Lexus Winner

We have had our Lexus RX330 from Germain 15 years and decided it was time for a new one. We met Patrick Dodard and could not have been happier. We bought a new RX350 from him and he took the time to explain all the new features and showed us how to use and program everything. I came back for the service that Germain Lexus in Naples offers it’s a true winner in my opinion.
