Watch the Nissan Titans and don’t pay for gas

Be careful with the Titans. Nissan just issued a sweeping recall and they require premium fuel to achieve the numbers they advertise. Also, make sure the vehicle you drive actually has gas in it and, whatever you do, don’t pay to fill anything up unless you plan to buy! Trent was pretty easy to deal with but when Stephen Himmel followed up about my experience I mentioned the $82 I spent to fill the Red Titan - have yet to hear back from him….

Don't see Wes Wilson on Employee List.

Don't see Wes Wilson on Employee List. Got his info from my Barber. Made a brief Phone Call to introduce and explanation of need. When we arrived, he was waiting and had vehicles ready to Test Drive. Process was pretty Simple. Damiean in Finance provided thorough Explanation of Warranty Offerings. Didn't try to over sell. Nothing against him, but wish this process was done on the front vs the end. Other than that, All Good. - Will be Back

The worst experience I have ever had from all my dealerships experience. They could not even care on what I had to say, to the manager, he just brushed me off on my experience there, I should have read all the reviews before I bought cars here

The worst customer service i have ever experienced.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. The sales person was disrespectful and completely rude..absolutely did know what he was talking about and didn't know the facts..he told us we were 1st time buyers which isn't true cause we purchased vehicles from ferman chevy in Brandon on numerous occasions..I tried to show him proof and he didn't wanna listen and told me I was a liar and his financial officer was right.. we will be going back to ferman to buy... I don't recommend them...

Awesome Job Cox Chevrolet on my 2021 Chevy Blazer

I brought my 2021 Blazer in for service and brian was awesome in service and got my blazer in right on time and was done when he said it would be done. I highly recommend Cox Chevrolet service for any of your cars, or trucks, they are awesome
