Wish I'd read more reviews before I bought there,

Wish I'd read more reviews before I bought there, definitely would never recommend them to anyone, even an enemy. Certified pre owned vehicle we bought from them barely made it home and we're out over $6000 in repairs since we bought it 5 weeks ago. Matter of fact it's in the shop again today. What bothers us most is our mechanic says there's absolutely no way they didn't know about these issues and went so far as to say they believe that they cleared codes to reset the service engine light. Stay away from this place....

Great Experience

Vincent our salesman was awesome. He communicated well. We found the SUV on Wednesday and on Thursday we were purchasing our SUV

Fantastic!

I just took delivery of an new Camaro SS. Joel Curto was fair, honest, and transparent the whole time from the initial buying process, providing continual updates while the car was in transit, and final delivery (which was fast and hassle free). This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had.

Extreamly satisfied with the level of service!

I would like to mention the fact that my assigned service advisor Brian handled everything from start to finish in a very friendly and professional manner. I was constantly updated from the moment my Truck went into service at our local Cox Chevrolet dealership to the moment it was ready for pick up. The courtesy driver got me back to my place of business quickly and even picked me up so that I could get my truck on the way home for the evening. Thank you, Brian, for the great service and customer experience and thank you Cox Chevrolet for upholding the standards and positive customer satisfaction that comes with being a lifelong GM customer.

They just don't listen...

What part of "I need my horn replaced" didn't they understand? I made an appointment to have my horn replaced. It's a dual horn, and one of the two went out. When I get there, they tell me they have to diagnose my vehicle... I just need my horn replaced. After a $192 diagnostic fee, guess what... my horn needs replaced! An hour and half later and $350 for a $20 horn, they want an "Excellent" rating for their survey... LOL!
