Chelsea was outstanding.

Chelsea was outstanding. She understood what needed to be done and had a plan to repair our CX5. Her communication skills are excellent. She listens very well. Our repair was done ahead of time. Chelsea is an important asset to Cox Mazda.

Love working with them.

Love working with them. They are always super helpful and explain everything. Everyone is patient. And they gave me a loaner fur the 2 days which I needed.

Battery kept dying so I brought my vehicle in to test it.

Battery kept dying so I brought my vehicle in to test it. I was given a quote for $4000 worth of random stuff on a fairly new car and the real issue was just a dead battery. When I asked to pick up the car I was told I could either pay $400 for a new battery or $270 for the diagnosis. Advanced auto will test you battery for free so why do I owe the place I bought my car from $270 for the same service? I could have gone to advanced auto and found the issue and fixed the issue for $200, yet here I was being held hostage. I will NEVER bring a car back to Mazda for service and I’ll take it to a local owned shop in the future. This place is robbery.
