Great trade-in, sales experience

Our sales representative, Alex, was great. From first contact via phone to departing handshake after the sale he was friendly and professional.

Oil change

I was greeted pleasantly and quickly. Given updates regarding when my car would be ready. Why do you need 20 words. This is just fill to get to 20 words.

Cadillac Service - top notch

Everything went just as I as expected - there were no surprises. Pleasant and comfortable waiting area stocked with cold water and coffee as well as available snacks and other beverages.

Great Service & customer appreciation wash & clean

The service was just and oil change tire rotation and inspection and it was done correctly I did not watch it . The most impressive part of my service experience was the wash and clean of my car. I was waiting outside under the overhang drive up and could see a worker cleaning a Cadillac like mine. He was in the first bay next to the wash drive through. As I watched him I believed he was doing one of the dealership cars sold or for the front line. He did all the windows opened the lift gate and just doing a terrific job. I had my back turned to his bay ,and saw my car drive up . This worker was sweating and hand me the key. when he walked away I noticed the car he was working on was mine. He went back towards his service bay. I left and drove to pick my wife up near the tag office building . I could not get over what a great job this man did and felt bad I did not give him a tip. I live in the other direction to go home but I had to go all the way back to praise him and give him a tip. I realize the dealership is responsible for this great work but this young man went over and above his job. Praise to the dealership for demanding excellence but praise to this worker also. Great service & very courteous.

Service as soon as I arrived. Listened to me as explained problems. Great customer service, came back several times to explain progress of work.

Great place to buy a Cadillac

Salesman was super easy to deal with and really knew his stuff. Only guy i will deal with going forward. The preowned manager really stepped up on my trade too.
