Excellent service, very nice waiting area

Your service agent, Mark Wozencroft, has always provided excellent service. He provides detailed explanations which I appreciate. I feel that he has my best interests in mind.

The service is great and we love the donuts. The staff, especially Greg, is always very helpful and pleasant to work with. We never have to worry about the quality of the work that we have done. Trustworthy staff.

Great Service

Car was towed there over the weekend due to a dead battery. I was promptly notified Monday morning by Julia, who was very efficient in her service. She kept in touch to inform me of the work being done and also pointed out other services that would be beneficial. I was never pressured to authorize any work I didn't feel I wanted done at the time.

Faster turn around time for vehicle service

The faster turn around time was better by having a late afternoon appointment versus an early morning appointment. About 45 minutes in and out compared to 2 1/2 hours in the a.m. An oil change and tire rotation should not take over 2 hours to complete.

Excellent car service

Very organized and were ready to take my care. Very pleasant personnel at the in-take and the cashier. The waiting room was well furnished and it was nice to have coffee, tea, and water available.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!

This has been the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and do business with this dealership, I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I bought a used 2012 Audi A 7 from this wonderful Dealership online without seeing it. Tim and his team made the buying extremely easy and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I got the car about a week after buying it as I was getting it shipped to South Carolina and the car was impeccable. All cars from this dealership come with 1000 mile warranty or 1 month. Had some issues with the car 45 days later which were diagnosed incorrectly from the Audi authorized dealership. Called Tim and I am glad he did as he covered the issues even though it was not his responsibility to do so. I will never buy another car from another dealership. They went above and beyond to help me and I am forever grateful. If there was a way to give it more stars I would. AAAA+++
