Advantage Chevrolet is a great choice if you are looking to buy a car. The team of Steve Garcia and Dennis Reily were fantastic to work with. I bought a 2023 Ford Explorer. The vehicle was in fantastic shape and the sales team I worked with was very professional, no pressure sales team that made the entire buying experience rather pleasurable. Overall, the dealership has been great. My only concern is with the appointment calls. It seems like the callers don’t review—or don’t have access to—upcoming appointments, because I keep receiving multiple calls even after I’ve already scheduled one. Most recently, I got a call about my “first service appointment” for an oil change and tire rotation on my EV. As far as I know, EVs don’t require oil changes, so that added to the confusion.

The car now consistently disconnects from Bluetooth. This was not happening before the service appointment. Also, the "Service Tire Monitor System message is back. This was supposedly fixed.
