It was a great buying experience! Everything was super smooth, fast and efficient. Everyone we worked with including our salesman Andrew Fitzpatrick were amazing. The whole experience made the 3 and a half hour drive well worth it. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle.

Overall, the dealership has been great. My only concern is with the appointment calls. It seems like the callers don’t review—or don’t have access to—upcoming appointments, because I keep receiving multiple calls even after I’ve already scheduled one. Most recently, I got a call about my “first service appointment” for an oil change and tire rotation on my EV. As far as I know, EVs don’t require oil changes, so that added to the confusion.

The car now consistently disconnects from Bluetooth. This was not happening before the service appointment. Also, the "Service Tire Monitor System message is back. This was supposedly fixed.
