Carolina was very polite and helpful. It was a busy Friday before a holiday and my service reflected that. My issue was not successfully resolved and this was my second attempt with the dealership to resolve the issue. I plan to have my car evaluated elsewhere. I do not feel as if my service needs were met. My issue still persists. I paid to have the car inspected and explained the issue only to be told that a gas cap would resolve it and it did not.
