Serra service team are the best. Jon was my service representative and he told me the cost of my repair and gave me several options to have it completed. He also told me the part would be there on Monday, and it was. Matter of fact,the repairs were done by 10 AM on Monday. He was gracious enough to hold my car till I could get off to pick it up. I have used Serra Toyota for about 15 years, even though I live nearly 30 minutes away from Centerpoint. I also live about 15 minutes from another Toyota dealership but, I prefer to drive the 30 minutes because of the service. I would and continue to recommend them to anyone that’s asked my opinion.
