I can't remember who took my appointment, she was

I can't remember who took my appointment, she was courteous and informative. When I arrived to my appointment, it was like everything the greeter said was forced and I didn't feel welcome. The smile was FAKE!!!! THE advisor honored everything that I asked for, I became impressed.
