Didn’t have an appt and Dexter took care of me.

Didn’t have an appt and Dexter took care of me. Even got my favorite coffee mug back which I left behind 3 mos. ago. Note: whoever closed the hood didn’t close it properly. It popped open during my drive back on the freeway. Not Dexter’s fault. Just be mindful.

I have been very pleased with the service on my RX35O at

I have been very pleased with the service on my RX35O at Lexus of Mobile (LOM). The Service Technicians I’ve been assigned (currentlyDJ) are knowledgeable and very helpful. I recently wanted to sell my car, and Kayla worked very hard to get me a deal that I could not refuse. I was able to sell my RX and purchase an ES350 with ease. I bought another Lexus because of the excellent service on my RX and the professionalism of Kayla, my sales associate, who made the purchase experience so easy and pleasant. I recommend Kayla and LOM without reservation. Thank you LOM and Kayla!
