Ernie at Lexus of Mobile provided such great support when I had a mishap out of town and had two tires blowout. I spoke with him multiple times trying to get my issue resolved and then he got me in in 2 hours notice to service my tires on the way back home. Such a great feeling to have service department that is so accommodating and supportive.

Overall everything went ok Besides the visors.
Overall everything went ok Besides the visors. Nothing was replaced They still making the awful noise. It shouldn’t do that. Why am I getting ignored? On the brand new cars they don’t make that noise. Not happy

Awesome service
Mark was my POC for my first maintenance check on my Lexus and he was very courteous and professional. The waiting room was comfortable and refreshments were available, if desired. When the car was ready, I walked out to a beautifully washed car! I was impressed by that! I can’t think of anything negative to say about my experience! It was very pleasant. Service at Lexus of Mobile is excellent!
