Ryan at Springhill Toyota was excellent, always when I come to get my car serviced. His customer service gets better and better every visit. I wish him the best with his endeavors in life.

First appointment with the dealer went about as expected with a dealership. Made an appointment showed up early my car was immediately taken to the back 1.5 hours later my car comes back with the work done and a complementary car wash. The appointment was for a tire rotation a job that can be completed in less than 30 minutes. Then the so called car wash didn’t even get the dust off of the car. The next day I get a maintenance required light on the car and had to call the dealership to do the reset on the dash. If they can’t even do a simple tire rotation correctly and efficiently why would I allow them to do more in-depth work on the vehicle. And they call a car wash that a garden hose could knock off more dirt. It’s sad the work ethic of a dealership in today’s age.
