Van Repair

As result of bad repair job at Parkway Chrysler, my would not start and we were stranded at I24, Exit 89 on way to doctor. My husband is taking chemo 110 miles from home. Bobby took care of getting us on the road and getting the van repaired.

Nothing fixed

Took truck to have vibration fixed. Still had vibration. Took to tire shop and they got vibration out. Seat cover still coming unhooked underneath the drivers seat. Have taken my truck there twice to have repairs done in the 2 months that I’ve owned it only to have to repair it myself or have someone else repair it.

Easy in Easy out

Fresh coffee in the waiting room. The personnel keep you appraised of the status. Courteous people throughout the dealership. Prompt service. Clean restrooms. Informed answers to questions.

Crooks

I have never seen an alternater go out in 2 years which was done by this location. When called to ask questions got no answer.

WARRANTY = NO WARRANTY

Gas cap warning light and check engine light. Diagnosis: evaporator coil. Ram still in warranty, but “something” chewed through a line. Sorry, warranty doesn’t apply. Ordering a part. Will cost me $450+/-. Warranties are like insurance policies: more reasons NOT to pay than to pay.

60,000 mile servive

Took our Jeep Wrangler in for it's 60,000 mile service, (severe duty), and had them replace the rear wiper blade at my request. Took the shuttle service home. When the work was complete the shuttle took me back to pick up the Jeep. Very happy.

Great Dealership

Already looked at the car online, when I got to the dealership I was treated great and not pressured like at some other places. After driving the car and deciding to trade in mine, I was given a fair price and didn't have to fight to get price or payment on the new one. Excellent salesman and dealership.

Great service

Was very happy with the service. Everyone there was super friendly. Was very quick service for what all had to be done . Will be back for my next new car !!!!!
