Great service.
Went in for an Express oil change. Service was complete in 30 minutes. Thomas advised me I had 3 open safety recall which I scheduled for a later date. The lounge had coffee and donuts.

Service
The services are great as long as you have a warranty and/or service plan. It seems like you need to have purchased the vehicle from this dealer, if you didn’t you kind of get the “whatever” service. Lack of information hurts at times. As long as it is dealer or MOPAR parts you’re good, but the lack of service for parts non dealer related is horrible. If you don’t buy it from them, they won’t install it even if you have an IOU and contacts. Should tell you that up front before you load the accessories and go there.

Recent Service of 2018 Grand Cherokee Overland
My navigation was not performing accurately... at times not finding known addresses and at other times taking a route way out of the way and the service warning of “key has left vehicle” came up 4 different times over multiple weeks when the car was running and the fob was in my purse. Bobby said they performed some software upgrades on the navigation and could not duplicate the problem, so we assume the software upgrade resolved the problem, unless it occurs again

The staff was very helpful and stayed late to close my deal. This was nice as I live over an hour from the dealership. Also, the salesman corresponded via text message all day and my deal was pretty much done when I got to the dealership.

Quick, complete, and comfortable.
Express Lane oil change is great. No appointment needed just pull in, get out and sit in the lounge. TV, coffee and updates on the progress of the work. They even look to see if you qualify for any coupon discounts.

Good service, but takes a long time
This is a good service center with knowledgeable staff, but they are often dealing with a backlog of cars. This means it can take a week or longer to get a repair done, or if you call to schedule, it can take just as long. They have a courtesy shuttle if you need to get somewhere while you wait on your car, and it will come pick you back up when your car is finished.

Poor customer service
Took for a recall. A bolt fell out of the shock which could have caused a wreck. Took it back to have that fixed and it took two weeks for the error to be fixed. No phone calls to let us know the status either time.
