Great customer service

The staff at Gary Matthews was above my expectations, they took care of me from the minute I arrived at the service department. They just didn’t just think of me as a way to make, but instead they thought of me as family and took care of me. They didn’t just try to sell me something I didn’t need but instead gave me exactly what my vehicle needed, to include the sales that were going on, sales in which I wasn’t aware of. So thank you for your guys hospitality and your great customer service.

One of the BEST experiences of my life!

Gary Matthews is the best dealership I've dealt with in my 49 years. And, while ALL of the staff was awesome, Rich went well beyond great! The absolute BEST salesman I have EVER had the experience of working with!!!

Oil change

went in for an oil change, got the oil change came home an park my truck in the garage. Two days later pull out of the garage and there was an big oil spill on my floor. Open the hood and I notice that there was oil where the fill cap is an around it. Apparently the tech spilled oil down on the engine causing that spill to occur on my floor. That's what was told to me. It could have been a loose drain plug or filter I don't no because I didn't check it. But never the less I wasn't happy with the service.

Great experience

Paul was extremely helpful and secured an incredible deal. Work with me and the finance manager to get me the best rate. Gio was also great. This was the fastest car buying experience. Great team here

Not Empathetic

I had to service my vehicle because it wasn't drivable and they had a 2 week wait to diagnose my vehicle. The dealership didn't have loaner vehicles which doesn't make any sense. I had a unique situation and they really didn't care nor did they have any options for me other then leaving my vehicle and waiting.

No feedback

So turned in my 2015 jgc for oil and fuel change. It had limped in because the fuel filters were shot. It took them 6 days to change them out. During this time I received no feedback or updates during the time. They have this sweet texting service they send you your first message on and then don’t send anything afterwards. The service department says they are always back logged and understaff, every time I go there. I have been a handful of times. I would think you could send updates of progress or where I am in the que to get worked on would help. I talked to friends that said they avoid this dealership and go to the one in Hopkinsville or use car shops.

Oil Change

I had an excellent experience with my oil change/maintenance check. David Farmer handled my check in very efficiently and kept me informed consistently while the service was being performed. He was informative but not 'pushy' as far as any additional service recommendations. I would recommend this service department.

Service plus Recall V54

Bobby Morales was exceptional in all aspects. Explained everything thoroughly. Disappointed on procedure to determine daylight running light out. First I'd replace bulb, THEN if that didn't fix problem I'd move on to diagnostics. Instead diagnostics is done first costing customer more money than necessary with the same result. A bulb cost $7.99 and $115 to replace it? I understand you have to make money, but this over compensating.
