Well I definitely give Summer Bell and Norm Hanes 10 out of 5 stars 🌟! This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had car shopping! I was dreading it at first. But summer made it so simple for me! I would recommend ford of franklin, summer bell, and norm Hanes to any potential vehicle buyer! I know next time we want a vehicle we will be coming back there before anywhere else! They were just exceptional 👏.

I just bought a Ford Bronco Sport from Jeff Dawson at Ford of Franklin! I love it! I had scheduled to test drive a used Ford Bronco Sport, however when I got to the dealership, I asked if I could test drive a 2024 model instead. He was very helpful in agreeing to do it without hesitation. In past experiences with car dealerships, I have felt pushed into buying, however Jeff didn't make me feel this way at all. He went with the flow, and I greatly appreciated him not making me feel like a number. I also love Ford of Franklin because they offer Lifetime Powertrain Warranties on all New vehicles. Some used vehicles also have the Lifetime Powertrain warranty. Jeff was very professional and helpful during my visit with him. I would highly recommend him for your next vehicle purchase! Thank you Jeff for all of your help!
