I am writing this review because the world needs to know

I am writing this review because the world needs to know just how phenomenal, outstanding, and genuine Alex Renfro truly is. I ordered a new Raptor R, and every step of the way, he is with you to ensure you are taken care of, way above and beyond what you might expect. I've purchased many cars over the years, and Alex is the most straightforward and knowledgeable person I can work with. His passion is the car industry, which shows that he doesn't mess around with cars that have red flags or cut corners when selling high-quality, solid cars. He had my best interests in mind and wasn't pushy or aggressive. My experience with Alex was something that I will treasure and will continue to go back to, and I can't say that about many people. I highly recommend working with Alex to buy your next vehicle! I genuinely consider him one of the best salesmen I have worked with. He made me feel like family, treated me with compassion and respect, and made me feel truly appreciated. Although I have not met him personally because I live in NC, he has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for several months. He has diligently responded to all my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Alex has been nothing short of highly professional and responsive. When the Truck finally arrived, it looked fantastic. I will be referring friends to him even though he is out of state, and I plan to purchase all future vehicles from him. The amount of patience needed to deal with customers like me was impressive. So, if you have tried many other salesmen and are still trying to get somewhere with them, reach out to Alex and see exactly what I'm talking about for yourself. You will never feel that stress and frustration again the minute you speak to Alex.

Great experience purchasing my new truck! Sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions and concerns. The dealership had a good variety of vehicles to choose from.

We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle.

We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle. Deslyn was our sales person and provided exceptional customer service. We live out of state and she offered to have the vehicle delivered directly to our home. This was like icing on the cake. Deslyn was very personable and kept us informed each step of the way. Both drivers were very friendly and courteous. We greatly appreciate their time and hours spent on the road to deliver our new vehicle to our door.

It was just a normal transaction with nothing

It was just a normal transaction with nothing particularly special about. However, I was very disappointed with the salesperson. Miss Deslyn Williams did not let me clean out and transfer the contents in the trunk of my trade-in vehicle. Instead, she secretly picked and chose what she thought belonged to the trade-in and kept them for whatever the reasons. In fact, I was nowhere near the trade-in vehicle when she did that. Also, I was not informed of why she decided to keep those items. I have tried to contact a few managers to express my concerns but to no avail. One of them even raised his voice and hung up the phone. I don't think I will be back to this dealership or recommend it to anyone. Of course, I don't want to call her action an act of stealing; but if someone takes something that initially belongs to me without my permission, then what should I call it.

After being burned by small dealerships in the past,

After being burned by small dealerships in the past, buying from Ford of Franklin was a refreshing experience. Outstanding service and professionalism from the very start. Miguel was very helpful in getting us a great deal on a car that matched our needs perfectly. The name of our finance person escapes me right now, but he was also very helpful. At no point did we feel like we were being pressured into purchasing more than we needed. We had a small issue where our antenna came off during detailing, but they have been very helpful in getting it replaced and making sure we don't have to go without a vehicle to fit 3 kids. Overall, a 10/10 experience. We look forward to coming back in a few years when we're ready to buy again.

4/11/24 We have acquire several new Ford vehicles at this dealership over the last 21 years for our family. We have enjoyed the different selections of Ford designs while our family has grown in Franklin, TN. We missed the previous owner when we first chose this Ford dealership for providing the highest level of service when buying new vehicles with Ford. However, our family has enjoyed the layers of unique history that has something for everyone. We have referred so many family members, friends, coworkers and new business owners to Ford. We are sharing our experience after a survey from Ford Lincoln of Franklin. “ I see that you may have received a survey from MEDALLIA asking for your feedback on our performance during your recent service visit. We strive for 5 STARS and EXCELLENTS. If for ANY reason you feel that we haven't earned a passing survey please contact me or my manager BEFORE completing, so we may have the opportunity to address any issues. “ We are sharing, so you don’t feel disappointed as we did at this Ford dealership location in Franklin, Tennessee. The owner doesn’t return calls when you request his assistance of this Ford dealership with a complaint that isn’t fair with your Ford vehicle. We learn that this Ford dealership isn’t equipped to provide Customer loyalty and personal experience in making a decision of where to do your wheeling and dealing on Ford vehicles. We would like to inform you that Lauren Distephano the Customer Relations Manager of Ford of Franklin or the Owner of Ford of Franklin / Toyota of Cool Springs Carmine Grassi didn’t follow through when reaching out as of today 04/11/24 about our Ford vehicle with passionate people at this organization that first got our business many years ago. Lauren Distephano and Carmine Grassi has our return number to call, our email and welcome to text us to resolve our concerns, if they choose to take time for a family that loves the Ford brand. We are unable to purchase or mention this Ford dealership in the future due to failure of resolving our Lifetime Warranty concerns that is offer with every new vehicle purchase on the Ford brand .
