Veterans appreciation policy is insulting to any veteran

Veterans appreciation policy is insulting to any veteran not discharge recently. Mountainview has an unacceptable opinion of what a veteran is and what their worth is to their dealership. If you fought a war… it doesn’t qualify you as a veteran. If you are recently discharged, you can have a veterans discount.

The transmission service was good and I appreciate the

The transmission service was good and I appreciate the use of a courtesy vehicle. However, after fixing the transmission, the O2 sensor started tripping the check engine light. My service advisor called and quoted me a high price for the replacement of the sensor and told me that it was coincidence and that it was the cost was my responsibility. I’ll be using another service center moving forward after the unwillingness to work with us at all.
