Outstanding Servive and Attitude
My service advisor John Galvalise (spelling) is an outstanding service representative of Landers ford. He has consistently provided superior service with a caring, calm manor consistent with someone who has my best interests in mind as we consider the best course of action with my vehicle. I will continue to use Landers Ford as long as John is employed there. If he leaves, so will relationship with that dealership. Give John a raise, he deserves it.

The service excellent and speedy. When I called to see if it was possible for me to come in on Saturday afternoon. The manager told me as long as I can arrive by 4pm, it should be fine. I got there around 3:26pm. They performed the service and even recommend some items to me. Excellent customer service stills exist. Thanks, Marlon

Long term satisfaction
I have been a satisfied customer of Landers Ford for many years, have purchased several vehicles, and have never encountered any significant problems. Where difficulties have been identified, they have been handled to my complete satisfaction. All personnel, from senior management, to sales representatives, to service technicians, to administrative support staff have shown themselves to be friendly, courteous, and very competent.
