The alerted maintenance on my vehicle was address as well as diagnosed other issues that I need to address as soon as possible. The technician are highly skilled and knowledgeable and everything done to my car was clearly explained. Great job.

Brought 2015 Infinity Q60 because car was lugging down to
Brought 2015 Infinity Q60 because car was lugging down to ten miles per hour and engine would not go over 1000 rpm. Service person noted that coolant was leaking on top back of engine. Service technician said transmission needed replacement with used transmission for $6000 and some engine codes indicated engine needed replacement. I declined the repairs and although I paid over $500 for the inspection, the service person deleted a lot of data before giving me an invoice with no diagnostic information. As I left the dealership the temperature gauge was in the red zone. I stopped at a service station and added one gallon of coolant. I took the car to an independent repair shop that replaced a heater hose and replaced a bad battery ground wire that was causing the bad engine codes for a cost of $496 versus the $12000 plus from your service department. I don’t know if the extremely bad analysis by your people was incompetence or intentional but either way I never should have been allowed to drive away without putting at least adding water to my radiator.

Jerry Jones handled my JX35 Infiniti with thoughtfulness. The transmission fluid had no been checked at 90,000 miles- this was done along with the schedule 1 care (oil & filter) plus wheel alignments. Great complimentary car wash! Overall very good job.
