I took my car in for a Ford customer service recall.
I took my car in for a Ford customer service recall. When I got it back it had a vibration. Took it back and the dealer had it for 2 weeks. 2 different tech drove my car and couldn't diagnose the problem ( or didn't want to ) 10 days later had a belt squealing they told me it was with in parameters. Lol broken ac compressor bracket with only 1 bolt holding it on my car ( loosely)

It is always pleasant atmosphere, clean and employees are friendly. The wait has never been really long. The person who takes me home while my car is being work on is also very nice and friendly. Plus when ever I call to check on my car, the person is very nice and helpful.
