I had an excellent experience working with Ethan at Byerly Ford in Shively. From start to finish, he was kind, professional, and incredibly communicative. Ethan kept me consistently updated throughout the entire repair process, checked in on parts availability, explained warranty coverage clearly, and always responded in a timely and friendly manner. Even when things were delayed, he made sure I knew exactly what was going on and reassured me about my rental with no penalties. Car issues can be stressful, but Ethan genuinely made the process so much easier and less overwhelming. It’s rare to find someone who communicates this well and actually follows through. Byerly Ford is lucky to have him — and I truly hope his management recognizes what an asset he is. I would absolutely recommend asking for Ethan if you need service assistance.

I found the specific vehicle I was looking for on Byerly’s website and made an inquiry. The Sales Rep, Ty Cahoe called. My offer was accepted and Ty made sure the transaction was flawless. I lived 2 ½ hours away but Ty did outstanding job, making sure all paperwork and vehicle prep was completed in a timely manner. Awesome job by Ty Cahoe and staff! My experience was great, Although I didn?t think I was taken seriously at first, but committing to a big purchase is a BIG DEAL so it was important to me to get exactly what I wanted. The staff was nice, the finance manager Jeff is very good at his job, explained everything well and wasn?t trying to beat you out of anything. The Parts Department was courteous and polite in trying to assist with an order I was looking to place for door bags. I appreciate all who helped in any way, answering the phone, directing me to the right person, the guy up front who set my rewards up, the car salesman Donnie who helped with the buying process. I took my car in for a Ford customer service recall. When I got it back it had a vibration. Took it back and the dealer had it for 2 weeks. 2 different tech drove my car and couldn't diagnose the problem ( or didn't want to ) 10 days later had a belt squealing they told me it was with in parameters. Lol broken ac compressor bracket with only 1 bolt holding it on my car ( loosely)

It is always pleasant atmosphere, clean and employees are friendly. The wait has never been really long. The person who takes me home while my car is being work on is also very nice and friendly. Plus when ever I call to check on my car, the person is very nice and helpful.
