My truck

Bought a 2017 Colorado the buying part went great have had in for my oil changes went very smoothly. Not the not so good had a issue with my stereo not working at times especially when it was hot day and truck had been setting had to make three calls to the dealership before I even got to talk to anybody left three messages never got a return call. Finally got it in for service after three days I had to call to find out the status of my truck was told the antanta needed replaced and older the part after 8 days I finally got my truck back. And to my surprise the problem still exists. Called the dealership on may 28 and was told the service writer that told care of it was off this week (like he’s the only service writer there) they connected me with someone else left a message no one got back with with me called again the next day was told pretty much the samething was told the service manger would call lol right no one called not very happy with the service department they don’t return calls and was more concern with the survey and how it made them look

Kathi’s Corvette GrandSport purchase

Mike Davenport was our sales man and he made sure everything was taken care of. We came from Yuma Arizona and after the long trip it was nice to have everything ready and taken care of. Mike sent us nice video to introduce himself so we could put a face to the voice that was a nice touch. It was truly a pleasure working with Mike and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks again Mike for the great job you did.

No hassle purchasing experience

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bachman with the assistance of Mike Davenport. This was the second vehicle I have purchased working with Mike. I have found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and focused on providing excellent customer service. After seeing the vehicle on the internet, I contacted Mike with a few questions. In less than an hour, he had replied with answers, and had also sent me a brief video of the vehicle showing it's condition in detail. After agreeing on a purchase price, Mike had me finsihed with the paperwork and on the road in less than 30 minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike and Bachman Chevrolet for purchasing a vehicle. The customer service is exceptional compared to other dealerships.

Great service and helpful

I purchased my car a few days ago and I love it. The only issue is the AUX port doesn’t work. I called them and they said that if I bring it down there they will take a look at it. I’m not entirely sure if it’s covered under warranty and if it’s not how much it’ll cost but they seemed like it wouldn’t cost much if anything.

Bachman customer service

Bought a new Spark from Bachman. When I took it in for it's first oil change, I brought it home with an oil leak that I have been trying to get resolved for 2 weeks. I have been sitting in their waiting room for over 2 hours for them to check out my car which they said would take a few minutes.

Chevy Cruze 2018

Did an awesome job. Dan DaPONTE is really professional and friendly, and made sure I didn?t spend all day at the dealership, I called him on breaks at work and set up the credit app. Etc. And when I got there I just signed after a test drive and left. Much easier than my first time buying.
