Home Run
Found the car I wanted at the price I wanted on line. Called the dealership and was turned over to Mike. We settled on terms and set an appointment for that day. When I arrived Mike had the car in service being checked out. The transaction went smoothly. I live 150 miles away in Ohio. I left home at 10:30 am on a snowy day and back home by 7. Mike treated me as an old friend even though we had never before met. He even made the delivery fun after explaining features and controls.

New Truck
They had good salesman (Arturo) and did a good job showing us the new truck and explaining everything about the truck. Also showed us around the dealership if we ever need service done or need to bring it in for service.

Mike is the best.

Recent Service visit for my 2014 Corvette
Since Bachman has been servicing my 2014 Corvette, I have never had a bad experience. It is always easy to schedule an appointment, they personally call the day before a scheduled appointment to remind me of my appointment the next day and they get me in and out quickly and professionally when I drop the car off. I would not take my Corvette anywhere else in Louisville, its Bachman or it's not!

Silverado purchase
