Went in to check out the head room in a Volt
Went in to check out the head room in a Volt. Mike asked if I needed help. He sat me in a Volt and it had the head room I needed. Told him I want to check out what kind of deal/price Costco could get me. He stated he could get me that price and help me navigate the Costco website. Drove the Volt off the lot that day. Not an impulse buy. My newest vehicle is over 10 years old and I had read up on the Volt..

My first truck
Devin Davis and the guys were great. They were straight with us and made us feel very comfortable with all the numbers. I am a hard sell, and honestly gave them a hard time. Matter of fact, we had not even signed the financial stuff and they were closing up. We never felt rushed, and as much as buying cars is stressful; they made it a much more pleasurable experience!

Same story, different vehicle
I just purchased my 5th vehicle from Bachman Chevrolet and again as before, I am completely satisfied with the entire buying experience. Mike Davenport closed my deal and I was very impressed with how smooth everything went and how knowledgeable his is. Mike even offered to meet back up with me next week to make sure that I fully understand everything that my new vehicle has to offer. My SS experience
I came in to Bachman in July, I knew exactly what I wanted and had already decided Mike was going to be my salesman. I was looking for a SS sedan which alot of dealers don't carry or get for that matter. The search started. Before he could get one GM issued a stop sale for a safety recall. Four months later I took delivery, and could not be happier with my new car and Mike. He always kept me updated and answered all of the many questions I had. Thanks for putting up with me Mike! Lol I love the car!

Went with full intentions on buying a CTS , after the slap in the face offer for my trade, and no budging on their part for the price of their car I left they don't work with you there don't buy!

Outstanding sevice
I can't say enough about the professional way that we were treated when we purchased our 2017 Grand Sport Corvette at Bachman Chevrolet. Dan DaPonte was the best - so knowledgeable! He knew everything about the car and could answer any question we asked. We have never experienced this first class type of service at any other dealership. You cannot go wrong with dealing with Dan or this dealership, they are the best!!

Great dealership
We went to the dealership to look at a Cruze hatchback and was greeted by Mike Davenport. He soon realized that we did not like the vehicle and asked what we did like. He pointed us to a Trax and explained all of the discounts available, etc. and took us on a test drive. Just what we were really looking for after driving a Colorado for over 8 years. We explained what we don't like about buying a car, ie. the lies, key taking, the extremely long waits, and that we would walk out if this occurred. Mike was up front about cost, trade in, financing and we made the deal and signed all of the papers in less than 3 hours. Jerod in finance was great in explaining things; offering extended warranty plans, paint coating, dent and ding protection etc. Will urge our neighbors to contact Bachman and especially Mike if they are looking for a car. We had an email from OnStar that said the Trax has an airbag recall and the Service Dept was great about scheduling an appointment right away. After the dealership nightmares in Houston TX it was really nice to have the purchase go so smoothly. Thanks, Mike and Bachman Chevrolet.

Great Sales Person
We had a great experience dealing with Bachman Chevrolet. Our purchase was the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze RS Premier. Our sales guy (Arturo) was very helpful and made sure we got what we were asking for. He went out of his way to make sure we knew the car inside and out before we left the lot. He also has checked in on us to make sure everything was up to power and if we're still satisfied with our purchase. So far, so good! We also got it on sale and was the best price in Louisville at the time.
