Car Lover

Bryce at Courtesy Cadillac is really wonderful! My mom bought a car on a Monday with Bryce and my hubby and I went back on that Thursday to buy a car from him. The bBEST part is that we weren’t EVEN looking for a new car!! That’s how good he is. Honest! Seriously....green light. 😉

Warranty work

Staff and mechanics do great job on warranty work. However, took 3 tries to get the correct PSI nitrogen in my tires. This is a bit irritating.

Took awhile but was well worth it

Bought a new car, pleased with deal and customer service during purchase! Traded my car in, rcvd fair price. Would recommend the dealership if you are looking for the right deal.

Outstanding service

Outstanding service is always provided. This visit the service staff was quick and efficient. Ashley was exceptional and made sure I was extremely satisfied. She wasn’t happy with the initial wash job so she had my XT5 washed again. Thank you.

Service department is second to none.

My car was towed to the dealership with no appointment. Their loaner cars were all taken. They started working on my car immediately. Tigre kept me informed of the progress , brought me an estimate of repairs and had me on my way in 4 hours. Thanks again to the whole service team at Courtesy Cadillac. They are second to none.

Unscheduled Service Visit

I was on a lengthy car ride when an unfamiliar warning light appeared. The accompanying message said that my left low beam was inoperable. I took my car in to Courtesy when they opened and was told that they would look at it and keep me informed. They definitely did this by calling me with a preliminary diagnosis, but warned me that they still needed to check the ballast which could only be done with a good bulb. I authorized the repair and they explained that they would go out to get the bulb. The next thing I knew, I received a call stating the job was done and they could pick me up at any time. I told them that I would call back later to be picked up. They were happy to be flexible and I was happy with the whole experience. I can?t say that they exceeded my expectations because they always provide an excellent customer service experience.

We had a good salesman

We have bought many cars from this site. We weren't sure of Courtesy Cadillac when they first bought it from Swope Cadillac, but they really concentrate on customer comfort and satisfaction. Our salesman was quite knowledgeable on the XT5 and spent a lot of time helping us.
