Wonderful experience
We spent most of the day at another dealership that promised a no haggle easy car buying experience (you know the ones) only to walk away upset with the way we were treated and the time we wasted. I called ahead of time to Courtesy Cadillac and told them exactly what we wanted and that we were low on patience and time. We were greeted at the door by the manager and the salesperson I had spoke with on the phone. The cars we were interested in were ready to drive and the finance manager was quick to jump in and get the process going. They were very professional and continued apologizing for how we had been treated by the other dealer. I could tell they truly cared and wanted to make the process as quick and painless as possible. I believe they are under new ownership and I can't think of a single negative thing to say about everyone that we worked with through the process. We almost drove an hour home after our bad experience but instead called Courtesy and we are glad we did. We bought a great car for a fair price. We got a reasonable amount for our trade and we were happy with our financing options. This is the way car buying should be.

The overall experience was poor due to the sales rep not following up on commitments. The sale at times seemed like a hard sell - felt like the sales manager tried to manipulate us. Also we found that sales told us one thing (we were getting windows tinted) but the service department had a different understanding. We received a call from a different sales manager wanting to discuss concerns and telling us the car was ready to pick up. When we picked up the car we had to wait because the car was not ready. We do love the product and the service department did a great job.

Dealership does not honor their agreement!
They don't complete all the services you ask them to do so you have to come back another time. After 8 years, the dealership informed me they are no longer honoring their commitment to free lifetime oil changes for people that purchased their car from them. This was part of the terms when the car was purchased.
