Great service and overall buying experience
I purchased a XTS V sport from this dealership and had a great experience. Both Jonathan, salesperson and Paul, Sales Manager were extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the buying experience. I have since brought the car in for a few minor issues and they were quick to fix the issues and always offer a loaner vehicle if needed. The service department is excellent. This was my first Cadillac and I am sold on this product and believe I will stay with this brand for a very long time and also plan to buy from Courtesy Cadillac based on my previous experience.
