Everett was totally polite, not overbearing, pushy, nor was he condescending. Should I need another vehicle in the near future, he is the one I wish to deal with.

Coolant began leaking as soon as we picked up vehicle. Could not get in to look at it again for another week and told us it would be an additional fee to look at it again. Coolant was fine prior to taking it in before

All staff I interacted with were nice and easy to work with, service was fast and the team kept in contact about updates on my vehicle throughout the day. I also did not have to wait at all to get a ride home from the dealership. Great experience overall!

I was billed for warranty work until I contested the bill. I don't think the rattle was fixed after two visits to service center.
