Jack Kain Ford

I've been getting service here for several years because of local support, and honest integrity of the business. I paid $20 more for this oil change and given the reason that Subaru requires fully synthetic oil. In my past oil changes, the blended synthetic was used and I've never had an issue. Hannah said she couldn't adjust the price without authorization and there was no one to do that. I will most likely return because I have trusted Kain Ford in the past. I hope for clarification in the future prior to getting charged more.
