My appointment was at 8:30 I wasn't told on the phone

My appointment was at 8:30 I wasn't told on the phone that I had to wait with my car because they would need my phone to check the CarPlay when they were finished so I was having my niece pick me up to go get something to eat since I have to eat an hr after I take my medication well the lady at the counter told me I couldn't leave to wait in the waiting area someone would be with me in about hr I told her my niece was here to pick me up we were going to eat real quick and she said you can't leave they will need your phone which they never did need my phone so I waited and didn't leave well I went back up the counter after I waited hr and 45 minutes and ask how much longer that I really needed to eat something that I was getting a headache and shaking because I have to eat something after taking my medication and if I would have known I would have ate before I got there and to top it all off the problem with the car still isn't fixed so I had to make another appointment

Had three issues, navigation wasn't updated, coolent

Had three issues, navigation wasn't updated, coolent level was so low, couldn't see level in radiator and nothing in overflow tank and spark plugs left under hood.
