Be wary if you get pre-approval before you go car shopping here. They will still run your credit report despite verification from a bank or credit union. I had 2 hits on my report on the same day, and even got a denial letter for a loan, even though I was not applying there and did not give my permission. I also had a problem with Brian Delcid, a business manager, who made a very rude comment that even my sales rep found inappropriate. I wrote a letter to the General Manager (Marcello) right after it happened, and I have still not heard back about my credit pull, which was done without my permission, or about Brian's behavior. This was over a month ago. Now I'm forced to take action to protect my rights against unfair practices. This dealership has gone downhill! I can't help but think what Steve & Rick Germain would say if they were still more involved.

Had a great experience working with Andy. He never made me feel pressured or oversold, and he helped me find a car that fit what I was looking for. Was straightforward and upfront in walking through the pros and cons which built a lot of trust. The whole process was very smooth and efficient, and I was able to drive off with the car much faster than expected. Would highly recommend working with him.

We drove from Florida to buy our new 2026 Toyota Tundra 1794. I saw this vehicle online, I asked if the vehicle was available and Sulayman Nyang called me back right away. I explained to him we wanted to trade our 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum and I wanted to know if we could make the deal over the phone and he said yes. This made our purchase very easy. I sent pictures of our current truck, within a short amount of time he replied back with a great price and trade in allowances for ours. We agreed on the price and we drove from Florida to Ohio to make the purchase. Once we arrived he greeted us at the door, we were in and out within a few hours. We could not be more pleased! Sulayman made our buying experience a pleasure. Thank you!!!
