I was given Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe to go to as part of the Costco Auto Program. It was on the other side of town but I was very happy I travelled there. Allie greeted me at the door and it was the beginning of a no hassle, no push, and listening to things important and things not important to my finding the right car for me. She was patient, very knowledgeable and was easy to be with. I test drove an Outback and a Forester, was given the out the door price with the Costco discount, met Joe the Sales Manager. I went home reviewed it, compared pricing, safety features, road noise etc to other cars I was looking at and decided to move forward with the Forester. I came back and sealed the deal, met with finance and I’m extremely pleased with the process and the product. I realized I understand more about features of this car than I ever had after a car purchase.

I told Brandon Beck that my 2023 Legacy transmission was leaking from the top. I asked if it was safe to drive. He said Subarus don?t have transmission problems and he didn?t know if I could drive it. Even though I was standing there, he said CALL the number on the card. I drove home. Later Ganley fixed the leaky transmission.

I took my Subaru Crosstrek in for a regular 50,000 mile maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, replace cabin filter) but also requested a detailing service. I try to detail my car once a year, but did not do it last year. So, my car was a bit of a mess. The detailing team at Subaru Wickliffe did a superior job!! It?s like a new car again!! I will never go so long again - some people may say detailing is a luxury, but if you spend time driving everywhere, it?s nice to have a vehicle you feel good about and good in! Thank you so much!
