Best staff around!!! Craig H. and his team are outstanding ! I had Brandon to help me along the way, honest and polite and actually told me I didn't need work done other mechanics told me I did! Clean neat repairs in a timely fashion all with a smile.

I regularly recommend Ken Ganley Subaru in Wickliff to any Subaru owners and anyone interested in buying a Subaru. Jason in service is the primary reason for that! We own 3 Subarus and so I have a lot of interactions there, and I honestly could not recommend a better guy to work with or a better guy to run your department! Buying the car is a one time interaction, but there are so many interactions over the lifetime the car, so having someone like Jason in your service department makes all the difference. Amy W
