Wonderful overall experience. Joy was a blast to work with. Her superior knowledge on our 2025 Crosstrek was truly outstanding. Joy spent a great deal of time assisting us and bonding us with our new vehicle. Joy helped us change some important settings and showed us all the features of our new vehicle. Mike contacted me on the phone, and he was a pleasure to do business with. Brandon made the paperwork signing process simple and relaxing. We really enjoyed the laid-back but technically savvy ambiance of this wonderful dealership!

The buying and financing went great.
The buying and financing went great. After that the delivery and prep was terrible. My vehicle wasn't ready when promised. They had 3 days to get my vehicle cleaned and ready for delivery. The previous owner still owes the dealership a second set of keys to be delivered to me, and as of this writing I don't have them. Our salesman more or less told me I need to buy and pay for it out of my pocket if I want a second set of keys. That costs $300.00. I was told by a assistant mgr. that they contacted the previous owner numerous times to resolve this issue with no response. The previous owner DID NOT fulfill their obligations.
