Came in to discuss options for my lease that was ending

Came in to discuss options for my lease that was ending soon. The sales rep Jeff was open to what I had to say, what I wanted and quickly/efficiently priced out all my requests. The process was quick. Jeff was knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to something he found the answer quickly. The process was smooth and I drove away in a new lease. I am very happy and will definitely continue to use Ken Ganley and will continue to work with Jeff.

Great service as always.I received text updates at all steps of the repair process. My car also received a complimentary car wash. Dropped it off and pick it up in a couple of hours.

Buying a car can be a very overwhelming process.

Buying a car can be a very overwhelming process. I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. Logan was very kind and he went out of his way to make sure, he addressed any concerns. He even pulled the car inside of the garage bc the ground was wet and I wanted to check the underside for rust! I appreciated how he printed my vehicle’s carfax without me even having to ask. I never felt rushed, pressured or that I was being sold/mislead during my process. I’m grateful to have crossed paths with Logan and I will recommend any family and friends that are making big purchases, to do business with Logan. I’m grateful that I made a good cash purchase and did not get stuck with a lemon!! Look no further, this is the place you’d want to buy from and do business with.

Always a pleasant experience taking my Crosstrek in for

Always a pleasant experience taking my Crosstrek in for service. Today I had dropped off my vehicle for the 30,000 maintenance and was notified via text that it was ready to be picked up. My vehicle was parked on the other side of the building and I appreciate Giovanni Casella retrieving my vehicle and driving it over to the service entrance.
