After going to another dealership to find a pre-owned

After going to another dealership to find a pre-owned Subaru, I was refreshed by the complete opposite experience I had at Ken Ganley. Anthony actually listened to what I wanted and could sense that I was a customer who didn't want to be "sold" to. Everyone at Ken Ganley was genuinely nice and helpful. I appreciate the great experience opposed to my first experience at another dealership where I was treated like a number and told that the price I saw online was going to be MORE of I paid in cash instead of financing! At Ken Ganley, the price was the price whether I paid cash or financed, plus they made sure the car was in tiptop shape and had everything I wanted.

He was condescending and extremely pushy, getting very

He was condescending and extremely pushy, getting very argumentative when asked to explain added fees and high prices. Also gave much higher number only to immediately cut it by 30% just to see how high we would go. Would not even take "we"ll think about it" as an answer depsite us continually saying we weren't making a deal that night as we needed to think about our $30000+ purchase/lease, not to mention it was already past 7 and had wasted a lot of time (there for over 2 hours) while they fussed with trade-in numbers when we never needed to know or trade it in that day.
