I experienced professionalism, politeness and efficiency when I brought my Subaru in for maintenance. I was consulted about a part that was recommended to be replaced. I agreed and waited a short time for the work to be completed. I’m a very satisfied customer!

I was very pleased with my experience at Ken ganley

I was very pleased with my experience at Ken ganley Subaru in Wickliffe. My salesperson Gino was friendly and very informative. He even gassed up the vehicle and added Sirius radio on the car prior to me leaving. Since I purchased an older vehicle, I decided not to go with any extended warranties at this time. . The finance person iswas polite and very informative about what he had to offer, but he let me make the decision without feeling pressured. Even though I live in Akron, I would not hesitate to use this dealership. Again. Thank you for the easy experience!

This is my 3rd purchase of a vehicle with Krn Ganley

This is my 3rd purchase of a vehicle with Krn Ganley Wickliffe since 2008. My last car was purchased in 2012. I just traded in. I always receive great quality cars with great service. This was my first time meeting and working with Ken Eggers. He was low key and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions even after purchase.
