This is the third car I've purchased from this

This is the third car I've purchased from this dealership. I was first recommended this brand by my insurance company and have been very pleased. The dealership I found and have been equally pleased. All the purchases have been great experiences. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and very informative. Everything was prepared upon my arrival to complete the transaction in a timely and efficient manner. The service team supports the sales team in making the service visits fast and easy. And when not able to do so, provide me a loaner vehicle to get to and from work.

The first product specialist we worked with was Willie Young. We had an appointment to meet him at a time he suggested. To our surprise, he was meeting with another client when we arrived at the appointed time. Angry, we decided not to buy our car from this dealership if that's how customers were treated, Cristian stepped in, won us over, and we bought our car at Ken Ganley.

Ken Eggers was a pleasure to do business with. I test drove two cars and got onto the highway to get a good sense of how the cars handle. It was a smooth process all the way to trade in my car and buy a new car.
