My salesman, Matthew Ferdig, was wonderful. He was very polite and patient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to the dealer is the car was said to be in “Like New Condition”. The exterior however had quite a few deep scratches that was not displayed in any of the photos online. The car only had 6,500 miles so it was rather unusual. The sales manager was not very willing to work something out about the scratches. He was only willing to move $250 off of the $32,000 total price. Besides that it was a good car buying experience.
