My husband indicated that he felt comfortable.

My husband indicated that he felt comfortable. He spoke with a qualified service representative by the name of Franco, Who reassured him of all the procedures that would be completed. He directed him to a comfortable lounge. However, He still have concerns regarding a technical issue with the automobile. This matter is extremely important and will need to be address ASAP in the near future. Other than that everything was quite fine. Thank you, Mr.Turner
