Although I had to wait longer than usual, the service rep kept updating me regularly. He was very cordial and apologetic for the slight inconvenience. I will continue to have my Subaru serviced there.

Today I waited while I got the oil changed in my CrosstrekSubaru . The wait was pleasant and I couldn?t help but notice that the waiting area was comfortable and clean and well stocked with several types of coffee. And did I mention that it was very clean and orderly. That?s very important to me. The young woman in charge came out several times, checking to make sure that everything was clean and well stocked, wiping counters, and making fresh coffee. Very impressive.

Very easy. Very quick to get me checked in for scheduled oil change and maintenance on my Subaru. Jason kept me updated at every step and made sure I was comfortable while I waited.
