Although there was a little struggle, I’m very happy with how I was treated and how I was helped. Me and my girlfriend both bought cars. Although I had to wait for them to transfer mine from Michigan. Be ware they only take 5000 dollar card transactions maximum, I encountered some issues with this. But my sales person Joy was such a great trooper she even despite my anger and attitude took me to work the next morning and then I finally got the car and I couldn’t be happier. The dealership also tends to list sales price and not msrp but they will work with you on your trade in as best as possible. I’m happy with my experience, Joy even continues to answer my questions even after the sale.

We ran a straightforward computer diagnostic test and changed the oil and rotated my tires. The diagnostic test didn't reveal any stored codes, so these issues will need to wait. The service process has been upgraded with enhanced IT technology. Brendan and I had a long discussion about options and likely outcomes before the mechanics started.

Gino was very helpful, took his time in explaining

Gino was very helpful, took his time in explaining things, made good suggestions, and most importantly to me wasn’t pushy. I came in with the intent of looking at a used Outback and ended up leaving with a new Outback Touring XT. How the heck did that happen???? When we went for a test drive Gino took me on a route with many different conditions to test acceleration, handling, stability, and ride. He also point out many of the features to use while test driving. The pre-owned and new lot were very clean and well organized. I’ve been to dealers where they were unorganized and chaotic. The pre-owned building was clean and airy.

Everyone was very friendly.

Everyone was very friendly. When in for express service, initially said 1 1/2 hours. Did it in 45 minutes. Debris from check of cabin filter was left on the floor. Not bad but I expect better from a dealer.
