I brought my vehicle in for service three weeks prior.

I brought my vehicle in for service three weeks prior. I took it to a Subaru dealer in Painesville, Ohio for loud noise that I was hearing under the car. They told me that that was a regular noise and I just noticed it. The car is a 2018 that I bought in 2017 the car was never loud. It almost sounded like an exhaust system was going underneath the car. The only reason I didn?t bring the car to Ganley Subaru and Wickliffe was because I had to take a last-minute trip and I wanted to have the car tires rotated and the oil changed before my trip and they didn?t have an available time slot that would work for me. I was leaving in 24 hours I brought it to my regular Service at Ganley in Wickliffe and Giovanni heard the noise and took care of it. It happened to be my front bearings thank God I didn?t trust the other Subaru Service center and went back to Wickliffe. Their service is fantastic. They?re kind respectful and the prices are great.
