Miss Carter is one of those folx who make up the heart and soul of my experience here. She's *always* welcoming and kind, with a smile to share that sees the person coming in as a person with a story rather than just as a customer (and considering the reasons that most people walk past her desk, that's much more important than some might think). Whether it's a planned maintenance visit early in the morning or a later in the day emergency, I'm always happy to know that Miss Carter is there to welcome and support me!

Took car in for a repair and they offered me a ride back
Took car in for a repair and they offered me a ride back to my house while they did they serviced my car . They finished quicker then they said and picked me up at my house and got me back to my car .
