The entire process was exceptional; from start to finish. Betsy is great to work with and this vehicle is the fourth one she has helped to deliver.

Surprisedly I didnt have to wait as long as I usually do. So I was happy about that. I usually wait like 2 to 3 hours. It was only an hour this past time & I was told I'll have to wait an hour & a half.

Ready for me when i arrived for my scheduled service appointment. Very pleasant. Service took longer than typical and the service representative acknowledged it and offered a discount (i did not bring it up).

Service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Would like more verbal communication rather than text. Service details were well described.
