Mike was great on what was needed on my 07 Solara Convert, he went above and beyond of what the situation was on all that he checked. Lot of bad info online texts of how bad a dealer is in regard to cost and others. This is not the case. The only drawback was grease on the driver's nice silver mat. No bid deal since I cleaned it and looks pretty good. I will request his ability next visit.

Thus far, it has been a great experience. Salesperson was quite helpful and experience with the service department was equally agreeable, although there has been little. need for service to date.
