I will never go back!

I will never go back! I will give credit to Ravi for being a decent human being and helping me out. He was respectful and treated me like a customer should be treated. As for Jacob.... This man should be fired for the way he speaks to and treats women! He told me " The Price is $14,868 and That is the end of it!" I have never been spoke to like I was dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe. I told him I didn't not appreciate the way he was speaking to me and he said "I'm not talking to like anything." Then Richard who was apparently off that day but asking for my credit card to charge it $500 to "put in an offer!" I was not allowed to submit an offer unless I paid $500...This is ridiculous and I have never had to do that and I have purchased multiple cars over the years. He should not be talking to customer or taking credit cards when he is not onsite working! Again Ravi was great and treated me kindly even though I was furious with the other two. He even apologized for their behavior when he was not the one responsible for it! Jacob needs to work in a place that has no people. He is a very angry and verbally abusive man! When I got home and pulled my car in the garage I noticed that the drivers side windshield all the paint was peeled off and the rest of it was bubbling. I was to scared to call back and inform them of this. So now I have to shell out more money to fix something that should have been fixed before it was put up for sale. Awful experience!!!

IT WAS BAD.

IT WAS BAD....... THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT WOULD TAKE AND HOUR AND IT ENDS UP BEING HOURS AND HOURS SERVICE DEPARMENT IS BADLY RUN

I JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I WAS THERE TWO MONTHS AGO AND WAITED OVER 5 HOURS TO PURCHASE A TIRE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT IN STOCK. THEN THIS PAST VISIT I WAS TOLD IT WAS GOING TO BE AN HOUR AND ENDED UP HAVING TO COME BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE TWO HOURS BACKED UP PURCHASING THE CAR WAS GREAT BUT HAVING IT MANTAINED IS HORRIBLE. THATS ONE REASON I WOULD NOT SUGGEST PURCHASING A CAR

Everyone is friendly and professional.

Everyone is friendly and professional. They explained everything and included the cost , very helpful with a loaner car. Is there a brunswick auto mart app? It would be nice if I could look up to see at what stage my car is at. It would save a lot of phone calls and questions. The person I was working with was off , and it took 4 calls to figure that out.

Anyone purchased the 2025 Dodge ram with the etorque 3.

Anyone purchased the 2025 Dodge ram with the etorque 3.6 liter engine and have problems? got a brand new one and its in the shop for a repair that cannot be fixed and this issue was known when the car was sold to me, please beware!!!!!
