I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review

I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review for three of your employees.... Charles Clark, Ravi Patel and Joel Cruz. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!

Thay were helpful when the car broken down however the

Thay were helpful when the car broken down however the repair they did wasn't done right! Two hours after I left there shop the same thing happened to my car that had me take it to them in the first place.

Great dealership to go for service, warranty, and maintenance. First class service dept, Chris has always been very helpful along with the cashiers when using points from my Ram credit card.

The waiting area is clean and the WiFi connection is

The waiting area is clean and the WiFi connection is soild. The coffee is first rate. I know this because I was there 4 times for the same issue and they didn't repair it. The service is terrible for the Toyota I bought. I wasted a lot of time at this dealership, I suggest you look elsewear.

Ryan O'Dell made the new car buying process a pleasurable experience. His conversational, no-pressure style was refreshing. I wish the service intake person would ASK at intake if I

I wish the service intake person would ASK at intake if I want my car washed. They don't, so I missed a wash on my first visit. Expecting it was just an oversight, I went for my second service visit, and went for my car and again found it was not washed..I asked and the service person took it for a wash. When at Sunnyside, when I was told my car's service was finished, I always found it washed and dried waiting for me.
